In the first light, a high wall of ice rises above dark water. Rust-red veins of sediment crisscross the deep blue, a bank of clouds casts harsh shadows on the front. Compact and fractured ice alternate in clearly separated zones.

On request, the work is also available as a fine-art pigment print on Hahnemühle FineArt paper, mounted on aluminium Dibond in a shadow-gap frame. Without acrylic glass, the texture of the paper remains visible.
